Curriculum Overview

Setting The Foundation (Session 1)

In the initial session, we explore the concept of fear and how it influences your habits, behaviors, and goals. Through thoughtful questioning, we'll uncover what drives you forward and what holds you back, tailoring the coaching to your individual strengths.

Looking Back to Move Forward (Session 2)

Reflect on your journey to date and envision your future goals. This session focuses on developing process-oriented goals, using your past experiences to inform your path forward.

Building the Process (Sessions 3-5)

Introducing the Px3 framework, we develop a practical approach to navigating fear-inducing situations. We’ll dive deeper into the GoBeyond process, exploring the relationship between Comfort vs. Safety and its impact on judgment and decision-making. Integrating the Comfort vs. Safety relationship with the 4 Ratios of Probability vs. Consequence, we’ll develop clarity on when to advance and when to hold back.

Managing Fear in the Moment (Session 6)

Learn the B.O.L.D. technique for managing fear in real-time, along with other effective strategies to adapt these techniques to your personal goals and circumstances.

Putting the Process to Work (Sessions 7-8)

With a comprehensive understanding of the GoBeyond Process’s four pillars, begin applying these concepts to your unique goals. We will reflect and adjust as needed between sessions. In the final session, whether concluding or continuing, we will review your progress, address any adjustments needed, and plan your next steps.
